Job Details 15 patients per day Part-time position: 1‑3 days a week Compensation and benefits: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $82,252 to $98,703 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Key Responsibilities Perform primary care in a post‑acute setting for short‑term and long‑term patients Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care Order and interpret lab results Prescribe and monitor medications Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age‑related conditions Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery Promote healthy lifestyle changes Qualifications Board certified internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM), or emergency medicine (EM) clinician Willing to train experienced candidates as well Licensed in state Apply to this opening to learn more about joining our team!
