You’ll keep a busy manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently by performing daily repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving preventative maintenance that minimizes downtime. If you’re self‑motivated, mechanically skilled, and confident working independently, this position offers stability, growth, and the chance to make a real impact on operations. What You’ll Do You’ll maintain the facility and production equipment, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, repair components such as motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and ensure all safety systems function properly. You’ll also document service work, support continuous improvement, and help keep critical parts stocked to avoid interruptions. Requirements What You Bring A background in industrial maintenance—electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, welding, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, or similar skill sets. You should be able to read schematics, work independently, stay organized, communicate clearly, and handle a fast-moving workload. Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and strong computer skills are also important.
