Job Description

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ISO 9001 standards
• Lead Quality Control operations with direct oversight of inspectors and audit activities
• Establish and analyze quality metrics to monitor system performance and drive improvements
• Lead NCR, corrective action (8D), failure analysis, and customer complaint investigations
• Partner cross-functionally to improve inspection methods, testing protocols, and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of people management or leadership experience
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality auditing practices
• Experience with NCR, CAPA, failure analysis, and statistical tools
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
