Days Needed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Times Needed Monday-Thursday 8:30am-2:30pm 06/01/2026 – 07/30/2026 Additional Job Duties/Skills/Requirements The office assistant will work closely with our youth programs to ensure student safety and to support instructors by preparing and maintaining all necessary materials and supplies. Work‑study students will assist with making copies, printing rosters, checking in students, supervising bathroom breaks and lunch periods, organizing and distributing supplies, and escorting students to and from different buildings. Position may require a background check. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Posting Date 02/17/2026 Special Instructions to Applicants During the Fall and Spring, student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. During the Summer, holiday break and spring break student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week. Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours. Student employees must always maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. Position may require a background check.
