These honors reflect our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and employee-centric culture where people thrive.If you are an experienced work-comp case manager, we want to connect with you as we may have needs specific to your location.A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way, to doctors' offices, hospitals, and various other locations.This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, and closely monitors the progress of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carriers.Why Join Paradigm?It's more than a job. No matter the team, everyone works together toward a common goal to deliver exceptional outcomes.QualificationsCurrent, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable stateExperience in case management of workers comp cases, preferredRecommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred.
