Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and oversee quality control and safety compliance
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, architects, and internal teams
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders
• Resolve project issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and sequencing
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
