Duties Assist in M&A and joint venture transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex legal matters. Engage with clients to provide strategic legal advice. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Strong motivation and excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership in good standing. Skills Proficiency in handling M&A transactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
