Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in El Segundo, CA!


Responsibilities:

• Support Treasury initiatives by conducting financial and operational analysis tied to cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk oversight.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with Treasury leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Interpret data, recognize trends, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities within Treasury operations.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Ensure analytical deliverables meet professional standards of communication and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within a Treasury or Financial Services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Treasury functions such as liquidity management, funding, or financial instruments.
• Advanced Excel skills and working proficiency in Power BI.
• Highly self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and professionally across business units.
• Prior experience at a Big Four firm or in a client-facing financial consulting role is strongly preferred.
• Polished, professional presence and ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
