Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / HR

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our nursing home team as an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / HR. This dual-role position provides hands‑on experience in long‑term care operations while supporting essential human resources functions.
