Job Opportunity Join our member service team at our upscale sauna studio. We are looking for positive, confident, results‑oriented team members who love to connect with people. Compensation Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonuses Free IR Sauna Membership Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Qualifications A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience Evening and weekend availability Benefits Fun, upbeat environment Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement Personal and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
