Role Description This is a 1st shift, full-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant located in Columbus, OH. The Staff Accountant will perform a range of tasks including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, tax preparation support, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, analyzing financial data, and supporting the company’s financial decision-making process. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting principles, General Ledger management, and Financial Reporting. Excel wizard + ERP Power User! You live in spreadsheets and systems like most people live in apps. Strong skills in Financial Analysis and ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making. Solid grasp of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and reconciliation; perishables add urgency and you handle it with calm and confidence. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
