You are the face of our community who shapes an exceptional living experience for our residents and guests. We are currently seeking a committed, high energy and accountable individual to join our team to continue promoting Dittmar Company’s mantra of providing Quality Living for all. Responsibilities Build rapport with residents and guests, greet everyone at all times with a smile Receive and process residents requests (i.e. maintenance requests) Receive, log, and retrieve residents’ packages Handle resident complaints and report them to the appropriate department Work in conjunction with all departments to solve residents’ complaints and needs Answer all phone calls in a professional manner Must be punctual for all scheduled shifts Qualifications Prior concierge experience is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism with all residents, staff members, and guests of the property at all times High School/GED preferred Must be able to lift at least 50lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Dittmar Company
