FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst Hybrid | Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Environment Join a growing organization where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and business decision-making. We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional with strong experience in Income Statement/P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and Power BI reporting within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), wholesale, distribution, or product-based environment. What You'll Do Lead detailed Income Statement (P&L) analysis, identifying drivers impacting revenue, gross margin, expenses, and profitability. Support and maintain the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes. Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting to improve visibility into business performance. Build financial models to support pricing, profitability, inventory, and operational decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to improve business results. Analyze trends across products, customers, channels, and inventory to identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or business analytics experience. Strong experience with Income Statement/P&L analysis and communicating financial drivers to business leaders. Proven budgeting and forecasting experience, including budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis. Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial modeling. Experience supporting a CPG, retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, consumer products, or product-driven business strongly preferred. Ability to work with large datasets and translate financial information into clear business insights. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
