Title:Technical Professional Leader - CivilKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.KBR is looking for a Civil Structural Engineer to make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far-reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities of the company. Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies. Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area.Role will be a hybrid work schedule with office work in Newark, Delaware as required as well remote work options.Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Work as part of a team to prepare construction quality documentation for civil engineering design projects.Function as a civil project lead.Provide design documents for facility site planning and developmentPrepare erosion and sediment control design and specificationsRequired Education, Experience, & Skills:Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years related experience, with average experience of 15+ years.
