Find out more about us on Your new responsibilitiesPosition TitleHigh-Volume Manufacturing RecruiterPosition SummaryThe High-Volume Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cyclerecruitment process for hourly and skilled manufacturing positions across multiple shiftsand departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, staffingagencies, and community organizations to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidatesin a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The recruiter plays a critical role inmaintaining staffing levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supportingonboarding and orientation activities.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing positions, includingmachine operators, material handlers, technicians, maintenance mechanics, andother production associate roles.• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates incompetitive labor markets.• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employeereferral programs, staffing agencies, career fairs, community partnerships, tradeschools, and networking activities.• Build and maintain active talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiringrequirements.Business Partnership• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planningrequirements, and position qualifications.• Participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future hiring demands.• Provide guidance and recommendations regarding labor market trends, recruitingstrategies, and hiring best practices.Candidate Assessment & Selection• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.• Evaluate candidates for skills, qualifications, and organizational fit.• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication betweencandidates and hiring teams.Offer & Pre-Employment Process• Prepare and extend employment offers and negotiate compensation withincompany guidelines.• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drugtesting, physicals, fit-for-duty exams, and other compliance requirements.• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.Candidate Experience & Onboarding• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.• Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities to promote successfulintegration into the organization.Reporting & Continuous Improvement• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records.• Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness,offer acceptance rates, candidate pipeline activity.• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and increase hiringefficiencyWho we are looking forQualificationsRequired• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing,distribution, logistics, or industrial environment.• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiringdeadlines.• Adaptability in a fast-paced environmentPlease contact Irina Havey for further information via View email address on click.appcast.io or View phone number on click.appcast.io.
