CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Job Title CNC Machinist Location Austin, Texas Reports To Operations Supervisor Business Unit Enovis Surgical Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing machine shop team here at Enovis. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating multiple CNC machines within the facility. The role requires a self‑motivated, safety‑focused machinist who strives for quality and delivery. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and maintain a safe work environment for team members. Report any safety incidents or violations. Follow all safety requirements. Ensure Quality Management System policies and procedures are followed. Report nonconforming products to leadership. Inspect all machined products per specifications. Operate multiple CNC machines efficiently. Meet daily production targets set for the work area. Minimum Basic Qualifications 1+ years of experience setting up and running CNC machines. 1+ years of experience using precision measuring tools. 1+ years of blueprint reading. Ability to read and understand G and M code programming. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. Desired Characteristics Self‑starter. Driven and goal‑oriented. Desire to grow and advance in the field. Physical Requirements Lift, carry, or pull up to 50 pounds. Stand or sit for extended periods.
