We are a busy well-established auto body shop in Central Phoenix looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience writing accurate repair estimates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Greet customers promptly and professionally, assess their needs and deliver customer service excellence

· Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates

· Communicate with customers about repair process and timelines

· Work with insurance companies to process claims and approvals

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repairs

· Track repair progress

· Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation

· Ensure accurate final bill and estimate accuracy, sublet posted, all supplements are noted

· When vehicle repairs are completed, go over the repair, the paperwork and ensure all final payments are collected

· Ensure all documentation is scanned into CCC one file, including check-in sheet, estimate, adjustment sheets, invoices, payments and final bills

Skills/qualifications include but are not limited to:

· Experience as an auto body estimator

· Strong knowledge of mechanical and auto body repair

· Strong relationships with insurance providers

· Proficiency in CCC1 estimating software required

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

· Valid drivers license required

· Attention to detail to accurately assess and estimate repair costs

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
