Key duties include driving governance with stakeholders, developing and maintaining project documentation such as project plans, status trackers, issue logs, runbooks, and executive reporting; overseeing project closure activities involving scope services, contracts, solution delivery, and post‑conversion phases; managing subordinate project managers to deliver end‑to‑end client solutions; leading governance meetings, maximizing resource contributions, escalating issues to executive‑level management, and participating in hiring and training team members; and contributing to group or company‑wide initiatives designed to improve efficiency and client experience. Prerequisites / Qualifications 15+ years of relevant financial services industry experience, particularly with Back Office Fund Accounting, Custody, and operational onboarding. Proven track record of managing successful large, complex programs or projects, including managing other project manager resources. Essential skills include effective leadership, organizational capabilities, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, self‑motivation, relationship management, excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to navigate large organizations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Education And Technical Skills Undergraduate degree or equivalent four‑year certification is required. Technical proficiency with PC skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and beneficial experience with Jira and/or Microsoft Project is advantageous. Presentation development skills and a PMP certification are considered advantageous. Additional Information The position operates under a hybrid work schedule requiring four days in the office and is based in the Boston area, specifically Quincy, Massachusetts.
