Job Description At least 4 years of experience in Production Support Skills Experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux, Oracle and PL/SQL, Autosys, Application Management Experience, ITIL, Experience in Agile/Scrum, Basic of Banking Good knowledge of ITIL processes Should be able operate well under pressure in a growing environment Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
