Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Lead the development of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Prepare and present monthly and quarterly variance analysis to department and finance leadership Own key components of the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes Partner with cross-functional business leaders to provide financial insight for strategic decisions Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of financial analysis experience Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis Experience with financial reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a hybrid work environment What Our Client Offers Competitive salary with annual bonus potential Hybrid work schedule based in Westerville, OH Meaningful visibility into strategic business decisions Collaborative, growth‑mindset finance team #J-18808-Ljbffr
