Car Wash Team Lead

Job Details: Job Location: ZOOM EXPRESS CAR WASH - NEW ALBANY, OH 43081. Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $15.00-$17.00 hourly. Travel Percentage: None. Job Shift: Any. Job Category: Retail. Position Overview The Team Lead is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Organize shift schedules for team members. Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off. Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills. Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary. Manage employee requests and transgressions. Train new and current team members on tasks. Handle customer issues and manage conflicts. Adhere to company policies and health, safety and employment standards. Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits. Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments. Perform cleaning of facility and maintain organization of equipment. Assist customers with car wash process. Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel. Ensure proper vehicle inspection before wash. Ensure policies and safety procedures are followed daily. Maintain vacuums, trash cans, hoses. Maintain sense of urgency and efficient service. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Display courteous and professional attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift moderate weight items. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ethically interact with employees and customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Handle physical demands of the job.
