About the Role: Join ABA RESULTS LLC as a Student Analyst/Supervisee, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance the lives of individuals through effective behavioral analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside a dedicated team in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities: Assist in data collection and analysis to support behavioral assessments and interventions. Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and implement treatment plans. Observe and document client progress during sessions. Participate in team meetings to discuss client outcomes and strategies. Provide support in the training and supervision of new staff and interns. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Requirements: Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. Completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, or related field. Pursuing a master's in applied behavior analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus. Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
