Your responsibilities will include ensuring the residence is adequately staffed and arranging substitute coverage when necessary. Strong supervisory and leadership skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate, when necessary, are crucial for this role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software is required.
