Underground Utility Locator

As an Underground Utility Locator you will be responsible for locating underground utilities to prevent damage, working outdoors and independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle directly from home to job sites in response to routine ticket requests, emergencies, and relocations. Utilize mapping tools and locating equipment to identify underground utilities, including electric, gas, telephone, and other communication lines. Indicate utility locations using paint, flags, and communicate relevant information to excavation personnel or appropriate authorities. Respond to after‑hours emergency call‑outs following the established rotation schedule.
