Responsibilities Lead and develop restaurant teams, including hiring and training new team members. Deliver outstanding service to guests with a focus on collaboration and a positive, family-like atmosphere. Guide teams toward restaurant goals, including team development, food safety, and adherence to brand standards. Manage P&L responsibilities and support marketing initiatives to drive business performance. Drive continuous improvement in operations, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance. Qualifications Experience as a restaurant or retail manager or equivalent leadership role. Proven ability to lead teams, hire and train staff, and motivate for performance. Strong understanding of food safety, P&L management, and brand standards; willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
