Senior Commercial Counsel
Virtual Vocations Inc
To build the commercial division of the legal department, the fully remote Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel will manage project financing, develop legal strategies and agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while partnering with various teams to support business growth. Key responsibilities Develop preferred structures and strategies for the legal aspect of the Commercial (Projects & Supply Chain) division Oversee the structuring, financing, and delivery of commercial projects, including various legal agreements Collaborate with sales and regulatory teams to support project acquisition and ensure legal compliance Required qualifications 6+ years of Biglaw and/or in-house legal experience Deep expertise in project financing and complex infrastructure project implementation Familiarity with commercial procurement for complex infrastructure projects Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law and in good standing in the United States
