Bus Runner - Steady extra - The Coffee Shop
Treasure Island Las Vegas
Job Title
Specific Job Functions:
- Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner
- Communicate through a headset attached to a two-way radio
- Keep all equipment and refrigerators clean and sanitized
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
- Empty garbage
- Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations
- Transport bus carts of dirty dishes and trash to dish room
- Deep clean and sanitize bus carts
- Retrieve orders from warehouse and stock storeroom
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times
- Polish Silverware
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
Qualifications:
- Previous Bus-Runner Experience preferred
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
- More than 6 months of related experience is required.
