Physician - Infectious Disease

Job Details:

• Join a dynamic team of 26 Infectious Disease Physicians in an inpatient and outpatient setting
• Primary care approach to HIV management with willingness to care for a gender and sexually diverse population
• Provide wound care services as part of a comprehensive infectious disease practice
• Assist with infection control activities and hospital epidemiology programs
• Participate in post-graduate medical education for Fellows, Residents, and medical students
• Teaching appointment available at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine at the Assistant Professor level
• Active Hospitalist program available to support inpatient care
• Shared call model with other Infectious Disease physicians
• Transplant Medicine opportunities available

• Support provided through the HHC Physician Leadership Development Institute and Office of Provider Wellness
• BC/BE Infectious Disease physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Connecticut
