Job DescriptionJob Description
We are currently looking to fill an open clerical position at our client's warehouse. We would prefer a candidate with knowledge of and/or experience in the logistics industry.

Clerical Opening
Pay: $18.00 per hour (starting pay may increase based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Some overtime required
Position Responsibilities:
- Work in the shipping and receiving office assisting warehouse employees with inbound and outbound paperwork
- Check drivers in and out of the facility
- Answer phones and schedule inbound and outbound delivery appointments
- Enter inbound and outbound shipments into our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Filing and light office cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Strong typing and data entry skills required (40+ WPM minimum)
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
- UPS and FedEx shipping knowledge is a plus xhqgsiq
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Candidate must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a very hands-on, busy environment
