Cashier Position

Job Summary
Responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
Essential Functions
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
Qualifications
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Customer Service Experience 1-2 years required and Money Management Experience 1-2 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with cash registers, credit/debit card transactions and money management. - Good math skills. - Strong communication and time management skills. - Customer satisfaction oriented.

The schedule for this role requires open availability to cover the below shifts as needed. Days and hours include the following:
- Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm, and/or 10am-6:30pm
- Weekends and Holidays- 9:45am-6:15pm
