What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will:

• Engage directly with customers in retail environments (e.g., big box stores, supermarkets)

• Promote and explain client products and services with confidence

• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Work closely with your team and managers to continuously improve results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Self-motivated with the ability to hit goals

• Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments

• Available Thursday through Monday (with Tuesday & Wednesday off)

(Preferred but not required)

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience

• Knowledge of sales techniques or CRM tools
