Local Travel Home Health RN Assignment
Provide in-home nursing care, assessments, medication, education, and coordination with interdisciplinary team. Work 13 weeks with weekly pay up to $2,800 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care per individualized care plans
- Complete comprehensive OASIS assessments and documentation
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care and chronic conditions
- Provide patient and family education on treatments and disease management
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity
- Use WellSky/Kinnser EMR for accurate documentation
- Travel within designated areas and receive mileage reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR
