If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!Why Join Our Team?Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Full-time hours Stable, year-round employment Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn and growWhat You'll DoPackage and prepare meat products according to company quality standards.Receive, inspect, and organize incoming meat products.Operate packaging equipment, including scales, vacuum sealers, and labelers.Portion, weigh, and accurately label products.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals.What We're Looking ForReliable with a strong work ethic.Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Warehouse, food production, or packaging experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate!Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift.Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.Work safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).Work EnvironmentThis position is performed in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 0°F to 50°F.
