We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in a part-time, onsite role (16 hours per week) and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding nutritional care. Position Overview As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans for our residents. $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus. Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually (prorated for part‑time hours), based on experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents, including those with complex medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' dietary needs. Monitor residents’ nutritional status and update care plans as necessary. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure dietary services are fully integrated into residents’ overall care. Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, special diets, and compliance with regulations. Educate residents and families on dietary modifications and nutrition goals. Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal dietary regulations. Qualifications Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in long‑term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Solid understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards.
