Healthcare Outreach & Business Development Representative

Are you an experienced healthcare outreach professional who thrives on building relationships, growing referral partnerships, and connecting communities with healthcare services? We are seeking a Healthcare Outreach & Business Development Representative to support community engagement and business growth initiatives throughout the Evansville market.

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare marketing, physician relations, PACE programs, or healthcare business development.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, senior living communities, and community organizations

• Develop referral partnerships and support healthcare business growth initiatives

• Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and outreach activities

• Educate patients, families, and referral sources about healthcare services and programs

• Collaborate with internal healthcare teams to support enrollment and outreach goals

• Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and partnership opportunities

• Maintain professional follow-up and ongoing communication with referral networks

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare outreach, healthcare sales, business development, physician relations, or community engagement

• Experience working with referral sources and healthcare providers strongly preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

• Background in home health, hospice, senior living, PACE, or healthcare services preferred

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
