Lead Mobile Mechanic - Equipment Technician

AAA Forklifts is seeking a full-time Lead Mobile Mechanic - Equipment Technician in Orlando, FL, and we want someone who enjoys diagnosing and repairing all kinds of equipment in the field. With a competitive pay range of $32 - $40/hour plus commission and incredible benefits like a take-home company vehicle, paid tolls and gas, and a $1,000 tool financing program , this is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to grow in your career with a company that values your expertise.

As a Lead Mobile Mechanic - Equipment Technician, you'll enjoy a consistent, full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM . This mobile routine offers the perfect balance between your professional and personal life, providing structure while giving you weekends off to recharge.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Required qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a mechanic or equipment technician
Hydraulic or diesel experience
Ability to provide your own tools
Clean driving record

Preferred qualifications:

10+ years of mechanical repair experience across various equipment types (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, loaders)
Construction or industrial equipment mechanic experience
Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams or schematics
Experience in manual troubleshooting (no computers or code readers)
