Join Our Team as an In-office Insurance Agent (Michigan Property & Casualty License Required)!

Local insurance agency in Ann Arbor, Michigan is looking for property and casualty insurance professionals to join our team. We have a 40-year track record of success with consistent growth. This is a team-oriented office environment with good staff retention. We have numerous in-bound leads, and no cold calling is required.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Service existing clients via phone, email, and in person meetings
• Analyze coverage and provide recommendations
• Quote and sell new prospects (NO cold calling)
• Work constructively in a team environment

Required:

• Active Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license
• Minimum of three years of experience working in the insurance industry
• Must be a detail oriented, self-directed individual
• Must be available to work in person at one of our Ann Arbor locations (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting hourly wage (based on experience): $24/hour
