We are seeking an experienced Toddler Lead Teacher for our full-time closing shift . We are looking for a confident, professional educator who is passionate about helping young children thrive while providing leadership and support to fellow teachers. This position is ideal for someone who is a strong classroom leader, excels at building relationships with families, and enjoys coaching and encouraging newer educators through positive example. Responsibilities Lead a toddler classroom while providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Demonstrate exceptional classroom management and positive behavior guidance techniques. Support, encourage, and mentor newer teachers by modeling best practices and professionalism. Build strong, positive relationships with families through excellent communication and daily updates. Ensure compliance with Texas Minimum Standards and all center policies. Work collaboratively with administration and fellow teachers to maintain a positive, team-oriented culture. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center (Toddler experience preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide other teachers. Excellent classroom management skills. Outstanding communication and customer service skills with families. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Strong team player with a willingness to support the success of the entire school. Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain if required by the center). Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards preferred.
