Job Description

Title: Megasys Technician

Location: Austin, TX 78721
Pay: $21.68/hr on W2
Shift: Day shift initially; will transition to night shift. Must be willing to work both shifts.

Job Description:
We are Seeking a Megasys Technician to safely operate and maintain chemical and gas distribution systems supporting a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle and change out gas, chemical, and slurry containers
Troubleshoot and perform preventive/repair maintenance on equipment
Operate computer systems and support quality processes
Follow strict safety and chemical handling procedures
Work with PPE, respirators, and fall-protection equipment as required

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver’s License
Previous safety experience
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
Maintenance or equipment technician experience preferred
Chemical/gas distribution experience is a plus
Basic MS Office skills
Must speak English
Able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, reach overhead, and walk up to 5–6 miles/day
Must be comfortable working around chemical/gas systems and wearing required PPE
