Practice Overview

• You'll join an employed Emergency Medicine team in a respected community hospital setting (10-bed ED, ~15,000 visits/year, ~40 patients/day)
• Single-physician coverage model with APP support (about 10 hours of APP coverage daily)
• Broad "bread-and-butter" EM across all ages, with a manageable rural/community case mix
• Optional involvement with teaching through a Family Medicine Residency Program

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
• Full-time target is ~142 shifts/year (about 12 shifts/month)
• Day and night rotations are evenly distributed to keep scheduling fair
• 24-hour physician coverage with consistent APP support to help maintain flow

Compensation & Benefits

• 426,000 guaranteed base (3-year guarantee) built on a 250/hour structure
• 35,000 upfront bonus plus up to 50,000 engagement bonus
• Up to 100,000 student loan repayment (25K/year for 4 years) and residency stipend available (2,000/month)
• 6,000 CME annually + 2,000 for licensure/professional expenses; comprehensive benefits and malpractice with tail included

Candidate Requirements

• ABEM/AOBEM Board-Certified or Board-Eligible preferred; MD or DO welcome
• Family Medicine physicians with significant Emergency Medicine experience will be considered
• Comfortable treating full-spectrum patients (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Seeking physicians interested in a longer-term home (3+ years preferred); U.S. citizen or Green Card
