Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates with substantial experience designing, architecting, and delivering Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
• We require demonstrated ownership of Salesforce platform architecture beyond feature-level development.
• We need proven experience leading offshore and/or globally distributed Salesforce development teams.
• We expect deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations, security model, and deployment approaches.

• We own the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical direction of enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• We design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• We translate changing business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural roadmaps.
• We define integration strategies across Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• We evaluate technical trade-offs across scalability, maintainability, usability, performance, and delivery timelines.
• We lead and mentor offshore and distributed Salesforce development teams.
• We establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, architecture guidelines, and governance.
• We conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to protect long-term platform health.
• We provide hands-on technical leadership when needed to resolve complex issues or unblock delivery.
• We partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to shape technical solutions.
• We facilitate technical discussions and provide trusted architectural guidance.
• We communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• We participate in solution design sessions, planning meetings, estimations, and technical workshops.
• We identify technical risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and architectural concerns early in the project lifecycle.
• We drive mitigation strategies that support predictable delivery without sacrificing technical quality.
• We ensure platform scalability, reliability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.
• We continuously reduce technical debt and simplify the overall system architecture.
