Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Proficiency evaluating and treating geriatric patients, including fall risk assessment, transfers, gait training, and restorative nursing programs.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Reliable professional references demonstrating previous clinical experience and patient care competency.
• Preferred: experience with restorative nursing programs, Medicare documentation standards, and working with rehab aides/assistants.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Location: Rensselaer, Indiana.
• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
• Workload: Position supports an established rehab department providing full-time or part-time coverage.
