HOME DAILY - MAKE $90,000 ANNUALLY! 2 WEEKS OF PTO + 6 PAID HOLIDAYS

Looking for a home daily CDL-A truck driving job with excellent pay, full benefits, and consistent freight? Join our team and enjoy local routes hauling refrigerated grocery freight within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, Indiana. Get home every day while earning top pay.

Pay & Benefits

$90,000 annual average
$0.90/mile + $20 stop pay + $35 per load
Includes $0.15/mile performance bonus
$0.05/mile increase available at 1 year of service
HOME DAILY!
$7,500 Sign On
$1,000 – 2 Weeks
$1,000 – 60 Days
$1,250 – 6 Months
$1,750 – 9 Months
$2,500 – 12 Months
Must maintain 98% on time, no attendance issues, no claims, no accidents or incidents.
$500 Orientation Completion Pay
Average 8-9 hour shifts
Start times vary from 11 AM-2 AM. We will do our best to get you on your preferred flex start time if possible.
11 AM – 1 PM THIS SHIFT IS FULL AT THIS TIME BUT MAY BE AN OPTION IN THE FUTURE
4 PM – 8 PM
6 PM – 10 PM
8 PM – 12 AM
10 PM — 2 AM
2 stops per day on average but some loads see up to 5 stops
Touch Freight – Pallet jack with some hand unloads.
Refrigerated – Groceries (meats/pork/beef/produce/frozen etc.)
Dual and tri-temp reefers
Must be able to move bulkheads
Full company benefits including medical, PTO and holiday pay
Run local within a 250 mile radius of Shelbyville IN, may cross into IL and OH from time to time.
$4,500 Referral Bonus
$1,500 at Referral's Dispatch

CDL-A Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 6 months recent CDL-A experience
Must have previous interstate driving experience (recent or past)
No more than 3 accidents and 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
Accepting SAP Drivers
