A registered nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Lancaster, Ohio. The nurse will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient recovery.

Job Details

• Shift Hours: 8 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)), valid license to practice in the State of Ohio, CPR certification, three years of nursing experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in PACU or Post Anesthesia Care.
• Essential Job Functions:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to the nursing process and established plan of care.
  • Provide patient education throughout the perioperative and recovery phases.
  • Document all care accurately and promptly.
  • Notify physicians or appropriate team members of any changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are available and report malfunctions.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of nursing assistants and other team members.
