Contract Duration: 2 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

Requirements: Active NY License or willingness to obtain, Board Certified.
Schedule:
- Start: September 1, 2026 & ongoing.
- Monday–Friday Clinic (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Rotating after hours call (5p - 8a)
- OR: Approximately 1 OR day per week with 4 cases per OR day

Clinic approximately 14 patients per day
Dedicated OR block time
Required to do inpatient consults as needed
Emergency Department consults required
Weekend and after-hours facial trauma call
Approximately 1:3 overnight call rotation
Sole call coverage when assigned
45-minute response time required for call.
Level I Trauma Center
EMR: Epic
