ALAY Home Care está buscando Asistentes de Apoyo Directo (DSP) que hablen español , sean compasivos, responsables y comprometidos con brindar apoyo a personas con discapacidades del desarrollo en todo New Jersey.

Puesto: Asistente de Apoyo Directo (DSP)

Pago: $21.40–$30.00 por hora
Ubicación: Diferentes ubicaciones en todo New Jersey

Responsabilidades

Brindar apoyo compasivo y personalizado a personas con discapacidades del desarrollo.
Ayudar con las actividades de la vida diaria (ADL), incluyendo el cuidado personal y las rutinas diarias.
Brindar compañía, orientación y apoyo emocional.
Ayudar a las personas a participar en actividades comunitarias y asistir a citas.
Proporcionar apoyo conductual y seguir los planes de apoyo individuales.
Ayudar con la administración de medicamentos según la capacitación recibida y los requisitos aplicables.
Mantener una comunicación efectiva con las personas atendidas, sus familias y los miembros del equipo de atención.
Documentar correctamente los servicios prestados y las actividades diarias.
Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, NJ DDD y los requisitos específicos de cada persona atendida.
Utilizar el sistema requerido de Verificación Electrónica de Visitas (EVV) para registrar correctamente la entrada y salida de cada turno.

Requisitos

Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Dominio del español; se prefiere que también pueda comunicarse en inglés.
Certificación vigente de CPR/Primeros Auxilios.
Licencia de conducir válida.
Se prefiere tener transporte confiable, especialmente para puestos que requieren apoyo en la comunidad.
Se prefiere experiencia previa trabajando con personas con discapacidades del desarrollo, necesidades conductuales, cuidado de personas o en el área de salud.
Debe ser una persona responsable, profesional, compasiva y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente.
Debe completar satisfactoriamente las verificaciones de antecedentes, toma de huellas digitales, prueba de drogas y otros requisitos aplicables de NJ DDD.
