Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the Role:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
Assisting individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting independence and self-esteem
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of care provided
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and other caregivers
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for individuals, adhering to established policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
