Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver professional customer service to tenants and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.98 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon - 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue - 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed - 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur - 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri - 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence at the property. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Guard card is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
