Lead conversations about their needs, priorities, and budget. Explain product options and answer questions accurately. Help clients complete applications and required next steps. Keep records current and follow up consistently. What makes a strong candidate: Comfortable initiating and leading phone conversations. Able to explain information clearly. Patient, attentive, and professional. Self-motivated and comfortable with sales goals. Willing to participate in training and apply feedback.
