Dietician Richmond, Virginia Pay From: $24.00 per hour MUST Experienced Dietician 2 plus years of experience as a Dietician Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Public Health, or another related field required Must have current CPR Must have experience working with EMR Must have strong verbal and written communication skills DUTIES Dietician will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Provide individualized health coaching and wellness training to patients and corporate executive clients Educate patients on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, cognitive health, and other lifestyle medicine principles Develop personalized wellness, nutrition, and weight management programs based on each patient's goals and medical history Perform fitness assessments and body composition testing utilizing the InBody Scan and other assessment tools Design individualized fitness programs that account for physical limitations, medical conditions, and patient goals Perform applicable portions of annual executive and primary care health assessments Motivate, educate, and empower patients to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors Promote wellness services and programs to current and prospective clients Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical record Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other clinical staff regarding patient progress and follow-up care. Participate in community outreach and engagement activities. Create written educational content, including health and wellness articles. Develop educational video content and collaborate on marketing initiatives that enhance patient engagement. Deliver presentations on health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness topics.
